REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY – You may register up to the date of the Course if there is space available. ICPPD reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses 30 days or more in advance of the scheduled course date. Any personal expenses incurred due to course cancellation / rescheduling are not reimbursable. Course registration fees for any course cancelled will be refunded. For any Course that is rescheduled, you may request a refund within 30 days of notice of reschedule, and we will refund your registration fee. You may cancel your Course registration up to 45 days prior to the Course start date, however a 10% administrative fee will be assessed. If you cancel within 45 days of the Course start date you will not receive a refund, but your Course registration fee can be applied to a future course (Course credit). Course credit must be used within 1 year from original program date. Any registration fees paid by check will be reimbursed by check and may require up to six weeks to process. Credit card payments will be credited to the card used for course registration.
